Grannie's Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingrients & Directions


1 c Butter Or Margarine
3/4 c Brown Sugar
3/4 c Granulated Sugar
1 ts Vanilla
1 c Peanut Butter, Creamy Or
Chunky
2 Eggs, Beaten
1 1/4 c All-Purpose Flour
1 c Bran
3/4 c Rolled Oats
2 ts Baking Soda

1) Melt butter. Beat together with the sugars, vanilla, peanut butter
and eggs. 2) In a separate bowl, combine the flour, bran, oats, and
baking soda. 3) Stir mixture into butter mixture. 4) Drop by
teaspoons onto ungreased cookie sheet. 5) Bake at 350 degrees for
15-18 minutes. 6) Remove to a rack to cool.

Grandma Cookies

Ingrients & Directions


1 c Chocolate chips
1 c Butterscotch chips
1 c Peanut Butter
3 c Rice Krispies

Melt chips and peanut butter in a pan or double boiler. Stir in
enough rice krispies to coat, and hold shape. Spoon onto wax paper
and allow to cool (in refrigerator). Store in refrigerator.

Fudge Drop Cookies

Ingrients & Directions


2 c Sugar
4 tb Cocoa
1/2 c Evaporated Milk
1/2 c Butter
Splash of Vanilla
1/2 c Peanut Butter
2 c Oatmeal

Combine sugar and cocoa in large saucepan.Stir in milk,add butter and
vanilla.Cook over med-high heat until it comes to a rapid boil.
Continue to boil for 2-1/2 min. Remove from heat,add peanut
butter,stir until well mixed and fudge loses it’s gloss. Add
oatmeal,stir well. Drop by tablespoonsful onto waxed paper,let it set
until cool.

*note* If you don’t like this much oatmeal,you can boil the fudge for
about 3 min.,or very slightly longer,and use 1-1/2 C. oatmeal.

Cookie: Crispie Treats (no Bake)

Ingrients & Directions


4 c Minature marshmallows 1/8 ts Salt
1/4 c Margarine 4 c Crisp Rice Cereal
1/2 c Peanut Butter 1 1/2 c M&M’s Plain or Peanut Candy

Melt together marshmallows, margarine, peanut butter and salt in heavy
saucepan over low heat, stirring occasionally, until smooth. Pour
over combined cereal and candies, tossing lightly until thoroughly
coated. With greased fingers, gently shake into 1-1/2-inch balls.
Place on waxed paper; cool at room temperature until set.

Makes about 3 dozen cookies.

No Bake Chocolate Cookies]

Ingrients & Directions


1/2 c Peanut Butter
3 c Oatmeal
2 c Sugar
1/2 c Shortening
1/2 c Milk
4 tb Cocoa
1 ts Vanilla

Put oatmeal and peanut butter in large bowl. Mix rest of
ingredients in sauce pan and bring to a boil and boil 1 minute.
Remove from heat and add 1 tsp. vanilla, pour over oatmeal peanut
butter mixture, mix well and press in 8×8 pan or drop from spoon onto
wax paper. Cool.

Just Good Cookies

Ingrients & Directions


1 c Butter
1 c Peanut Butter
1 c Brown Sugar
1/2 c Sugar
3 Egg
3 ts Vanilla
2 c Flour
2 ts Baking Powder
2 c Oatmeal
12 oz Chocolate Chips

*DIRECTIONS*

In a large mixing bowl, cream together butter, peanut butter (less than 1
cup if desired), brown sugar, and sugar. Add in eggs and vanilla, beat
until light and fluffy.

Sift flour and baking powder, add to creamed mixture and blend well. Stir
in oatmeal and chocolate chips. May also add coconut, raisins, or peanuts,
if desired.

Place on greased cookie sheets, making cookies any size desired. Bake in a
350 degree oven for 10 to 12 minutes.

Number of cookies depends on size made. Approximately 2 dozen large
cookies.

Jumbo Cream Cheese Peanut Butter Cookie

Ingrients & Directions


1 Roll Of Refrigerated
Slice ‘n’ Bake Cookies
3/4 c Peanut Butter
4 oz Pk Cream Cheese; Softened
3 tb Sugar
1/8 ts Salt
3 tb Margarine Or Butter;Softened
2 tb Milk
2 ts Vanilla Extract
1/2 c Peanuts; Chopped

Heat the oven to 375 Degrees F. Roll out the cookie dough onto a 12-inch
pizza pan. Bake for 12 to 13 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool until
cold to the touch. In a small bowl, combine the peanut butter, cream
cheese, sugar, salt, margarine, milk and vanilla. Beat on medium speed, of
an electric mixer, until light and fluffy. Spread the mixture on the cookie
and sprinkle with the chopped peanuts. Cut into wedges.

Sunny Peanut-oat Cookies

Ingrients & Directions


1/2 c Peanut Butter 1 1/2 c Rolled Oats
1/2 c Honey 1/2 c Sunflower Seed;unsalted
1/4 ts Salt

In a medium-sized bowl stir together peanut butter, honey, and salt
until well mixed. Stir in oats and seeds.
Drop by teaspoon onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350F for 10
minutes or until brown.
